KIt 103 was our first building in this series of apartment buildings. The bricks are laser cut in and are deep enough to make them look great once coloured using a foam roller lightly soaked in paint. Your kit will come with two sets of windows ,one set is of double hung and one set is a more industrial style. The double hung windows can be made to go up and down and yes they do take more time to install but look and work great. This being said this is why we have given you an extra set of windows which do not take a lot of time or patients .
